Shipping & Returns
The Seller despatches and delivers the Orders using major couriers.
In compliance with the applicable laws currently into force, the term within which the Seller is required to deliver the Products purchased is within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days of the date of execution of the Contract (without prejudice to any different term if provided for by any local mandatory law), except where an event occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the affected party and which is not attributable to any wilful act, neglect or failure to take reasonable preventative action by the affected party and includes (without limitation) a strike or any other industrial or labour dispute, fire, flood, storm, epidemics, pandemics, earthquake or other adverse weather conditions, governmental restrictions, occurrences related to customs procedures ("Force Majeure Event").
To this extent, the Seller shall be exempt from responsibility for delays due to Force Majeure Event.
Customers are encouraged to do everything in their power to facilitate the delivery of the Order, making themselves available for receipt or delegating to a third party.
The Customer shall bear the risk of loss or damage to the Products from the moment in which he/she, or a third party appointed by the Customer and other than the carrier, physically takes possession of such Products.
Within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery of the Order, the Customer has the right to return a Product and cancel the Contract, with no penalty and without having to provide any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the Product must be in the same condition that the Customer received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The Customer will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, the Customer can contact the Seller at email@example.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Bianchi Group, Via San Lorenzo 132 | 20824 – Lazzate (MB).
If the return is accepted, the Seller will send the Customer a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The Customer can always contact the Seller for any return question at returns@athleticsfootwear,com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The Seller cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure that a Customer gets what he / she wants is to return the Products already purchased, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new Product.
The Seller will notify the Customer once it has received and inspected the return, and let the Customer know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the Customer will be automatically refunded on his original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the Seller has approved the return, the Customer can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The delivery costs relating to the first return of a Product will be borne by the Seller whilst in respect of any further return of additional Products requested by the same Customer, the latter shall bear in full such costs.
